No refund will be provided unless the book delivered is damaged and the text or picture is not legible.
Request for refunds should be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds request shall be entertained thereafter.
No Return/Refund can be on online purchases.
Convenience charges are non-refundable in any circumstance.
Book Stop reserves the right of assessment of the usage of goods sold online.
Stationery for classes PG/LKG/UKG is mandatory (since this would be handed over to your ward during the year by the school as and when required) and cannot be refunded.
Delivery of books would restart post lock on a first come first serve basis (on an area-wise basis) at the Book Stop may deem fit.
If the government classifies “School Books/Notebooks” to the “Essential Commodities” list; provides a conducive delivery eco-system then BookStop would start deliveries and endeavour to deliver the Books/Notebooks/Uniform at the earliest.
